# Welcome to Avera

> Start here for day-to-day work in the Avera platform

Avera is a graph-native ALM/PLM/QMS platform for regulated industries — primarily
medical-device development. This guide covers everyday work: authoring items,
building traceability, running reviews, and signing off.
